Demonte Caravan Production Process

At Demonte Caravan, we prioritize quality, safety, and functionality at every stage of our production process.

In our modern 700 m² production facility, we meticulously plan camper van conversions compatible with various vehicle platforms such as VW Transporter, Ford Transit Custom, and Fiat Ducato.

Our production process consists of the following key stages:

  • Engineering and 3D Project Planning: Each project begins with custom CAD drawings, planning structural systems, seat layout, and equipment requirements.
  • Material Selection and Certified Component Procurement: All our products are manufactured using components certified for quality and safety.
  • Modular Furniture and Technical Equipment Installation: Insulation, electrical systems, water infrastructure, swivel seat systems, and all technical equipment are meticulously installed.
  • Quality Control and Testing Phase: Each vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection process and functional testing before hitting the road.

Our production process is transparent and documented, in compliance with both TSE inspections and European standards.
